Congratulations to Christopher Wang! He received the prestigious nationally competitive Gateway to Research Scholarship from the American Foundation for Pharmaceutical Education (AFPE). Christopher’s Research and Scholarship in Pharmacy (RASP) project served as the basis for his application. His RASP project is titled “Optimization of Naphthyl-Pyridine-based Inhibitors for the Right Open Reading Frame (Rio) Kinase 2” and Christopher’s faculty mentor is Dr. Bill Zuercher in the Division of Chemical Biology and Medicinal Chemistry (CBMC).
